Yes! I'm releasing it under the Apache License (version 2.0).

Can't wait to see how this ends up developing! And with other people contributing I think we can have a really nice browser in the future... I like the koopa-crusier name (M&L Super Star Saga was my first game that I owned as a kid and I love it as well) but maybe koopa-browser could be a nice name?

Names... how about Ninternet Explorer? SafaMii (Safari for Mii's, lol)? 3DScape (Netscape for 3ds)? ...yeah, they're pretty bad... just forget I was here...

This would make updating apps that release nightlies a much more comfortable task instead of going to the PC each time.

im just wondering if there is some play on words that I'm missing here.....koopa-cruiser.....or is that just a random suggestion, but yeah a browser that can download files would be nice for updating homebrew/launcher files etc if your not by a computer.....but yeah name is the least important thing XD

The koopa-crusier is the name of boswer's ship in Mario & Luigi Super Star Saga

yeah, but is that it,just a name plucked out of the hat, like i could suggest we call it kokiri forest, or arwing.....it just seems a bit random

The OP suggested it a bit ago so he'd be the one to ask, but my impression was "cruising" the web instead of browsing the web...
