Nope, dead serious. Even if it ain't good. N64 ran on PSP, DS ran on PSP, and now we have DS on 3DS via emulation. I'm sure it can be at least tried.

Only reason it ran as well as it did on PSP was because the core architecture was based off the same thing iirc.

Seeing how PSX emulation is right now, I doubt N64's ever gonna reach a playable state on the 3DS.

Yep, old3DS. Can't wait for something to be done about the fps quality (hopefully) for the o3ds

Took a good 3-6 mins to load Pokemon Dash

Don't pokemon roms have anti piracy check anyways? Unless they were modified roms to patch them and not need cheat codes (I honestly don't remember if that could be done) I think it's pretty obvious they wouldn't run with this.
