Homebrew WinDS Pro save files

So i just started a new game of pokemon platinum on no$gba on WinDS Pro. I want to pokesav myself some lucky eggs real quick, so I went into C:\Program Files\winds pro\no$gba\Battery\ but the folder has no save file in it. I've searched every possible spot on my computer for a platinum.dsv or .sav, and looked in every folder I could find called "Battery", but I haven't found the file. What is WinDS doing? The save file must be somewhere, because it does load when I play the game.

yep, aside from battery.txt which is just a line that says NO$GBA SAVES

when you mean load the game, you did close no$gba and start it again? and continue the previous game? or did you not close the emu?

I completely closed it and even rebooted once.
