Gaming Windows won't start help needed

Not necessarily, there's a 30% or so chance of fixing a BIOS problem with the clear CMOS method. Then again, there are other parts of the motherboard that could die (such as the northbridge, however unlikely that is) so saying something as simple as it might be a BIOS problem isn't really helpful.
 
We sent the computer in yesterday and I just found out the problem was the motherboard. The person is charging $200 to fix it(what a rip off) so we told him that we will just do it ourselves but he still charged $35 for labor. I just convinced my parents to get a whole new computer instead of just repairing the old one(which is like 6 years old now). So thank you all for trying to help, much appreciated.
 
EDIT: Whoops, didn't see that you solved it!

And btw, a new motherboard costs very little. Far less than $200. But, you're right, you might as well buy a whole new computer, 6 years is very old.
