If your PC recognized it, I doubt it's a bad install.
To check, make sure the numbers on the bootrom error are 00F800FE 00000000 00000000 00000200 00000000. If there is any other error, your NAND could possibly be damaged (which is why Windows sees it but the actual image reader can't read it).
If the numbers are fine, it's probably the app's error.

I get the exact bootrom error message. Do you know any solution? Thanks.

Switch your red and white wire!

Okay, now I'm confused. Like, what the hell is going on. I changed the red and white wire as you told me and it's still the same! It gives me bootrom error message, my PC detects it, but Win32DiskImager doesn't.

The soldering on your SD card looks like pins are bridged. Make sure none of your pins are touching each other inside the SD card. You may want to shorten the wires coming out of the insulation. This will ensure there are no short. I recommend getting some flux paste. Be sure to clean it out with isopropyl alcohol after soldering.

Okay, I will resolder them and report back. When I open it, there is still some small distance between them. They may shorten when I close the housing.

Glad im not super rusty something was bridged :^)

Thank you guys so much! Especially thanks to @hundshamer ! I am a complete idiot because I soldered the whole SD card in a complete wrong order because it was upside down! :D
Now it works and I can take a NAND backup without any problem. Thank you so much guys and cheers everyone!

Man this really makes me want to learn. I know there are guides out there, but do those guides recoomend what tools would be best to buy for those that want to learn starting with 0 experience? :p

Don't jump into hardmodding if you have 0 experience soldering. Practice on cheap electronics first until you get confident in your abilities.
