Hardware Willing to pay for help on hacking UKV SNES N3DS (living in US)

So I purchased the Super Nintendo Entertainment System Edition New 3DS. The problem I'm experiencing is the Region Lock.. Though I would like to have the free games.. My Version is 11.6.0-39E. This is my first DS since the orginal DS, so I'm not familiar with all the terms for CFW and all the other terms that are used when "hacking" or changing region. If anyone is willing to help me understand how to do this my self I will repay them $2 via PP. I need to know the supplies I need and a ignorant people friendly guide. I checked on 3ds.guide and it said I need two 3ds's of the same region. I only have one :/ All tips and advice is GREATLY appreciated

You don't need two 3DS. All you need is just one of the compatible flashcarts. Cheapest ones are around $9, and you can use it after for your DS 'backups' too.

Everything is in the guide. Just read and follow carefully. Understand the steps fully before attempting.
