Hacking Will System Menu 4.2 block out of region gamecube discs?

System Menu 4.2/4.3 blocks out of region Wii discs, but does it do the same for out of region gamecube discs? If so, is there a way to fix the region locking on 4.2/4.3?

Yes. It has to because of video mode restrictions.

Yes, System Menu 4.2 and 4.3 block out of region Wii discs and GameCube discs. Installing Priiloader and enabling the region-free hacks will fix this.
