I have a Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset for my Video Card. Yes, I am on a laptop, and I know that it sucks... badly.
But I saw that on the Steam Summer Sale, they have Penumbra for $5. I'm wondering if it will run/at least start up, on this laptop, because I know that Amnesia has that whole, "Graphical error," problem with this card.
    Will Penumbra run/start up?

Only if the devs included support for Intel graphics/drivers.

According to this thread (at a different forum): http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-4281.html

This guy has the same Video Card, and he says he can run Penumbra, but not Amnesia. (Which I already know I can't run.)
So, there's my answer. Penumbra works, Amnesia does not.

The Intel HD4000 is a step in the right direction, that's for sure. I heard it's equivalent to many mid-range GPUs.
