Whenever I go to NTR after I updated the console from 11.13.0-45U to 11.14.0-46U NTR CFW no longer wants to boot and just cashes my system entirely. Will, there be a patch for this in the future, or is it just a "Never Gonna Happen" sorta thing?

there's a script for it named nand manager. restore (safe) is what you'd need to use. I've used it a few times before.

I do have a NAND backup of 11.13.0-45U but to be fair, I have no clue on how to revert back to it.
If you select the file in GM9, it should give you options to flash it to sysNAND.
Most functionality in GM9 is accessed by first selecting a file, there is not a dedicated "restore backup" option in the menu unless you use a script. This way is generally far more intuitive, because instead of a complicated menu with many different backup, restore and dump options like you had with Decrypt9, you only see the options that are applicable to the file you selected. But it can sometimes be a bit of a hassle if you need a specific file from system savedata for example, like nnidsave or friendsave or similar, which are just named a long string of letters and numbers in NAND, so you need to know exactly where to look when you don't have a dedicated dump option for them.
GM9 Megascript has dedicated dump, backup and restore options (I believe it's included with GM9 out of the box these days? Not 100% sure) but you can more easily select the file and restore from there, no need for scripts.

Edit: Oh right, NAND manager is built in to GM9 these days in the menu, forgot about that.

I took the dive and installed CFW for the first time. It's good to know that I apparently did everything correctly and that others are having this same error. I don't think I have a backup of 11.13.0 because I started with 11.14.0 installed. Is there something we can do to help report the issue to the BootNTRSelector dev?

Thanks!

You can downgrade with a ctrtransfer. https://3ds.hacks.guide/ctrtransfer

I am sure Nanquitas is already aware of the issue, or if not, they will notice soon enough, all you can do is wait.

Its already updated to the latest luma firmware, I don't think this thread is needed any longer, I could be wrong.
You'll need the custom luma3ds 3gx loader, you'll need this boot.firm: Release v10.2.1 3GX Loader Edition · Nanquitas/Luma3DS (github.com) and the new NTR-CFW version: Releases · Nanquitas/BootNTR (github.com)
