Will my motherboard work with this graphics cards?

    It should work in your low profile X16 slot but its an ADM board so why not an AMD GPU?

    I heard GeForce cards are better than ATI cards especially if its an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150.

    Like I said I SUCK at computers so sorry if I make a stupid mistake anyway I think I should just get this card in 128 bit Dual-DVI. it seems cheap to me and is definitely a better upgrade than the one I have. So should I get it?

    As long as your motherboard has a PCI-E slot, you should be good.

    I know I am asking too many questions but how do I know which one is PCI-E or PCI Express? I plan on checking by opening up my computer but how can I tell which ones which? Thanks for all the great answers and help.

    It's just a shorter way of saying it.
