Hacking Will a jap DS lite work with an european adapter?

I bought a DS and well it's got a jpanese adapter which needs a 110V convertor. Looking at my own european adapter I see both have the same output: 5.2V, 450mA. I can use my european 220V adapter to charge my jap DS right?

I bought my DS lite from Japan and use my girlfriends european charger with no problem.

Well I can only partially answer this question, because I don't own a European DS lite, anyway judging from the info you provided the answer is yes. In my case I bought a universal DS Lite adapter while I was in Japan where I bought my DS Lites.

Well I'm using an American Ds Lite with an European recharger, so yes it works.
