Does it work the same as a regular game where you can play a PAL releases in a NTSC Wii. There seems to be more C64 releases in PAL version.
Like with all Wii games... If you have to patch them to NTSC (because your TV doesn't support PAL video modes) games will be hit-and-miss as to which ones work. If your TV supports PAL output, there shouldn't be any issues.
