Hacking WiiScrubber

I searched for this but I couldn't find anything. I was wondering if their is any way to scrub multiple iso's at once using wiiscrubber, or if i have to do each file individually?

I tried looking for batch files, searching these forums, searching google but I couldn't find anything. Maybe theirs a way to write your own batch file or a trick to doing it?

I like to store my iso's on a seperate partition and the file size is getting pretty large. Would like to scrub them then compress them to make the file sizes smaller so they dont take up as much space.
