Homebrew WiiMc not working

Hello, first thread. I love homebrew. So here is the prob: I installed wii mc files with no prob, Next moved installer files onto the apps folder on the sd, again, no prob. Next i put the sd in the sd slot of the wii. Next i powered on the system. Next i went into the homebrew channel. (for all those guys who are worrying about the BootMii startup process before the menu, it worked. I must have been in my stupid phase then cus i went into the wii menu then i went into the homebrew phase.) Next i went into the installer app and installed the channel. Then i opened the channel. It said WiiMC for a few seaconds, then screen went black, then the wii menu booted up again. Pls help. From one hacker to de other.

May I ask please which Version if WiiMC you have installed ?
