Hacking wiikey questions

Do you simply upgrade to 1.9b or g by downloading the .iso and burning it onto a dvd and putting it into your wii?
or do you have to do something else to upgrade?

how hard is it to install the wiikey with wires over quicksolder?

If you bought the wiikey recently it might already have 1.9g on it. If it doesn't then all you need to do is download and burn the update disc. As far as installation of the wiikey, I highly recommend doing the long wire install. I believe that its much more easier to do then the "quick solder" method.

if you do the wire method, where do you leave the chip? if you set it right above the quicksolder point, the wire has to be like 1 mm long.
