Hacking Wiikey config disc with 3.2 firmware

I just had a Wiikey installed on my US Wii, but I can't get it to load the 1.3 Wiikey config disc. I read something about the disc not working with Wiis with firmware higher than 3.0, and something about having to us GCOS to run the setup. Sorry for being a noob, but what exactly am I supposed to do to get the setup disc working?

First, you burn the 1.9s patch and update the chip.

Then you burn the 1.9s config disc and config the chip.

Then you play games.
