I can verify this glitch is new with 1.1 (no problems with 1.0, 1B, or 1C). Here's my
original post #601.
I was trying to load covers from my sd, even though my drive has a FAT32 partition. No matter what, it would always dump a wiiflow folder onto the root of my hard drive, even though I put the command data_on_usb=no in the wiiflow.ini on the sd card. In versions 1.0-1C, having this on the sd card would cause wiiflow to skip the FAT32 partition, and wouldn't dump the wiiflow folder onto my hard drive. Then, if you try editing the wiiflow.ini on the hdd to read data_on_usb=no, it still won't read from the sd.
The only way I got it to load covers from my sd, was by using my other hard drive that is fully partitioned to WBFS (no FAT32 partition), creating the wiiflow.ini in wordpad with data_on_usb=no under [GENERAL], and launching WiiFlow. Once my sd was fully recognized, it has no problems looking for the sd first, and the wiiflow folder is not created on the root of my FAT32 partition. Strange indeed, but now it works.
