Gentlemen,
As I understand it, WiiFlow requires an ACTIVE WBFS partition on a USB-HDD for its contents, likewise, Triiforce requires an active FAT(32)/NTFS partition to read the NAND and associated WADs (Assuming one doesn't use an SD card, or one so small, a NAND backup would take up most of its space).
How then, is it possible to have both of these working on the same USB-HDD?
Many thanks.
[Edit] For clarification and testing purposes, I currently have WiiFlow backups on my primary/active WBFS partition working perfectly, and my NAND backup and associated WADs on a FAT32 partition. WiiFlow works perfectly, Triiforce_MRC gives the following error "I can't get title list. Press any button to continue".
