Hacking WiiFlow setup help please am new & confused

Hi,

I am new to all of this and going crazy trying to get it done....please help

I have partitioned my usbhdd, fat32 & wbfs(hopefully working) not sure how to check.

Am using wii v4.3 & my pc is vista, just incase you need to know.


I am trying to load WiiFlow to my usbhdd, Can someone please explain how it needs to be set up to work.
I also wanted the starry night channel forwarder please but i don't know which one i need to download, and i am unsure if i need to add any of those ios's
for it to work???

I have been haing major probs getting usb config to work, so I'm scrapping it & going to give wiiflow a go.

First check . your wbfs partition must be a primary partition, than take the dol of the last revision of wiiflow ( 2.2 r228 cios249), rename the file in boot.dol and place it in a folder that you call wiiflow. Now place wiiflow folder inside the apps folder in the root of your sd.
download the forwarder that you like and place it in the wad folder in the root of your sd.
Now check if you have wad manger in your apps folder otherwise download it. than load hbc, load wad manager and install the wiiflow forwarder.
Yuor usb hdd must be in the usb0 in the wii

You should read http://www.wiiflowiki.com -- under the Hard Drive section (and the rest of it for the matter.)

Just a suggestion, but don't use WBFS partitions. Stick with a single FAT32 partition, and use Wii Backup Manager (read the wiki linked.) You can also put all the files mentioned above on your hard drive instead (in the FAT32 partition.) The wiki should answer any of your questions.
