Every time I put new games on my HDD, when I run WiiFlow again they're never detected. I end up deleting WiiFlow off my SD card, clearing cache, etc. And then re-installing, it'll pick up the new games, but if I add more, it runs into the same problem.

IOS58 v6167, WiiFlow v4.1.3

When WiiFlow starts, press the Home key and select "Reload Cache" to refresh any new games. :)

You're right. WiiFlow never detects new games by itself. You have to press the home button and press "refresh cache" in order for it to look for new games every time you add/remove games from your drives.
And you have to do it to if you want to download covers manually
