Not sure if this is the same issue others were reporting, and I'm not really sure I want to go back through 560 or so pages to find out; But with r604 I do have an issue with a black screen appearing. It only occurs if I try to play a game immediately after I have dumped it to my flash drive. Pressing reset then going back into wiiflow and starting the game again after it occurs or dumping the game, then quitting & restarting wiiflow then starting the game does not result in a black screen.
What are your video settings and are you running an NTSC or PAL game? I've had best luck with the video setting as 'System'. Only a handful of games require the 'Game' setting.

NTSC games and all settings are at their default choices. The only setting I ever changed was the location of the games from SD to USB1
The default video mode setting of 'Game' doesn't work well for me. Most all of the games I have work when I have it set to System default. You may want to try that to see if it helps.

Is it possible to disable the recently added banner preview? Disabling the GameCube sound would be nice too.

I suggested the same. :D
I don't like the banner stuff.

Maybe with a different theme. But it doesn't fit to the current wiiflow default theme.
to change the banner view. Look in the wiiflow ini, inside the app folder.(open with notepad ++, easiest way to read it.).. you'll have to change each,one.(dml,emulators,.ect.)
just look.(show full banner view yes/no). as far as removing the whole setting fold for banners in the ini, i like the small corner bannner. that might work.?
might sound stupid, but how do i get "starter screen"
Code:
[[STARTUP/BG]
texture=backgroundp.png
to show? or how long it shows? haven't seen this screen on start up, mine goes starit to view mode after loading.?

It was changed from STARTUP to SOURCE a long time ago. So set [SOURCE/BG]

in wiiflow.ini under [GENERAL] look for startup_menu=no

Given that the black screen only occurs if I try to run a game immediately after installing it as opposed to installing it then restarting wiiflow I would hazard a guess that it is a cache issue not a video mode issue. This is supported by the fact that if I delete a game, Wiiflow will switch to the next game in sequence, but the banner still shows the deleted game.

What's the naming convention for mult-disc gamecube games? I can't get them to show up in WiiFlow. I've tried renaming disc 1 to game.iso and disc 2 to disc2.iso without any luck. Do they even work with Devolution?
With Devolution, no matter if you pick disk 1 or disk 2 it will still just load disk one first anyhow. You should be able to swap to disk 2 by pressing eject when it asks, though. It does that on purpose so it wouldn't matter if you could see both. To have them both show up in WiiFlow you will need to name them BOTH game.iso and put them in separate folders instead of in the same folder. That way you can load each one separately with Dios Mios (and possibly Devolution, too) but Devolution disk swapping won't work.
I'm using r601, so maybe this has been fixed, but with DIOS-MIOS 2.2 I always get apploader size 0 error. Has this been fixed since R601?
Also, just out of curiousity, why doesn't the in app update function work anymore?
You need to have at least r603 for v2.2 and higher to work.
Is the loader is good for the new dios mios v.2.2 (v3)?
Yes.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but how can I enable the new DM 2.2 feature "force widescreen" using Wiiflow?

Nice work FIX94, everything seems to work really well. The only problem I have is I have random code dumps in my plugins menu when I trying to select a rom. I don't know if it's cuz wiiflow is still loading covers when I'm browsing or if it's just the way it is. But either way, it looks great! :)

Just ran r608 on about a dozen games with no problems. Looks very nice.

Sorry for the repeat but the Exit to issue is still there.

Given that the black screen only occurs if I try to run a game immediately after installing it
I can confirm this one. I wasn't sure the blackscreen was for "touching" the individual game settings after install (eg hook disabled, after installing most games I normally set this to disabled) or video mode etc.
After installing a game for the first time, it blackscreens on boot unless I exit wiiflow first.
From the second boot onwards its all good... until I change one of the games settings (bit unsure if is a specific setting) then it seems to blackscreen once again...
So I'm not sure if there is more than one "bug", if its been part fixed or if its all related to the same thing.

Noticed in a lot of versions previous to r590, r522, and those prior to the wiiflow mod even being released btw.

Hopefully with more info the wiiflow devs can figure this one out,

let me know if I can help.

Using rev607 but I am unable to change the NAND section to USB it remains at NAND (can't use channels I've installed on USB1). This is really strange as my Wii games on my USB have full NAND emulation enabled and it's working. I have my full NAND dumped on my USB drive so I can't think of why it's doing this.

i too have the problem with channels on usb1 nand, nand(nand) works but not the nandemu from usb.
r606 for now

*ok new info,

copied nandemu from /willfow/nandemu to /nand/
changed wiiflow.ini to reflect this change, now nand(usb1) works ...dang ADHD haha spoke too soon.
as in "works" I mean covers will now display, but games black screen.

now to ponder

Any chance you could add a choice for no Video patching per game for GC? Mario Golf needs this in DM booter to work and don't find the option in Wiiflow.

Cheers
