What I still see is that my remote seems to be disconnected when starting Wiiflow. The 4 blue leds are flashing. But after pressing a key several times the remote is synced again and works.

The same happens to me.

Or is this issue not related to Wiiflow and CIOS?

same here.
the SD Card is guilty (or at least, the SD card initialisation in wiiflow)

- if wiiflow is launched from a primary FAT32 partition WITHOUT any SD Card : works nice (wiimote synchronisation works as expected, when wiiflow loads)
- if wiiflow is launched from a primary FAT32 partition WITH any SD Card (any SDcard, HC or not, any size, empty or not): wiimote synchronisation is slow (wiimote synchronisation does NOT work as expected when wiiflow loads, must wait some seconds after coverflow was fully loaded and is running)
- if wiiflow is launched from a SD Card : (any SDcard, HC or not, any size): wiimote synchronisation is slow (wiimote synchronisation does NOT work as expected when wiiflow loads, must wait some seconds after coverflow was fully loaded and is running)

this happens since ~rev300

line 105 of main.cpp, when replacing "DeviceHandler::Instance()->MountAll();" with "DeviceHandler::Instance()->MountAllUSB();"
wiimote synchronisation works, even with an SD card inserted.

my setup :

HBC 1.0.8
Forwarder VIOLET (FIX94)
Wiiflow R373
2.5" HDD with 2 partitions : #1 FAT32 active (Homebrews, emulators roms), #2 NTFS (Games)
SDHC 8Go (All my homebrews)

And wiiflow does not support anymore "special" characters (accents) : é à è etc.

---------------

BTW R373 is incredibly faster that previous versions !!! Great work.

i notice the same.... and, with the little bit of testing i've done so far, r373 seems to have also cured all the black screen lock-ups i reported about r355 from a few pages back.... i'm liking it!

...now just revert page skipping back to B+L/R (instead of Plus/Minus) and it'll be perfect....

This is good news. I have been using r371 but one of the problems I noticed is that wiiflow (base 249) crashes when trying to load games that require other cIOS (i.e. cIOS250 d2x(57)). I don't have this problem with r355, however.

Can you load other cIOS with this rev of wiiflow?

it seems to work for me, I tried some games on wiiflow R373 (default cIOS 249) and I can launch any game with any cIOS (tried Hermes 5.1 222, d2x 250)

cemeli, you must grab the LATEST dekvitpro (with devkitppc r23 and libogc 1.8.7) AND the LATEST sources of wiiflow on the official googlecode repository (not github !)
You can't have any error when compiling with latest devkitpro and latest sources, works like a charm.

thanks i have fixed ,ihave now 2 files boot.dol and boot.elf

i have put the .dol file apps/wiiflow but where must i put the .elf file ?

The .elf file contains debug information. If you get a stack dump, we can find the problem (or a direction) using the .elf file. You should be able to load the .elf file instead of the .dol, but it won't give you any benefits.

Guys can you pass by R373 dol

No but I can pass r374..

I've tried r373 and 374 and I still can't load games that use a cIOS other than 249. This happens regardless if I do a clean install of wiiflow or not. However, if I revert to 355 I can play games like Black Ops without problems.

Mmm, must be something cIOS related then..please try reinstalling D2x in slot 249, make sure its v6.

Note: in wiiflow rev373/374 choosing another cIOS in gamesettings should be working, i just tried it last night with a game, i don't know if it's a coincidence but it was COD BO.

This is the cIOS setup I currently have:

224: Hermes 5.1(57)
248: Wanin rev17(38)
249: d2x v6(56)
250: d2x v6(57)

The cIOS detection from CFG and wiiflow both confirm that these are the cIOS that are currently installed, but when I get home from work I can reinstall my cIOS again.
