what is the best cIOS installs for the new 2.0 version?

is this the generic advice: "We recommend installing Waninkoko ciosx 249 rev19 with a 37 base into slot 250 (using a wad), or use Hermes rev5 with base 37 installed into 222 or 223" ?

didn't find anything on startpage or wiki and reading few different configs.

would be handy if someone could shine a light on that and add the info the the 1st post :-)

Okay, now I've been searching and I just want to make sure that this is accurate... If I install cIOS base 38, then use bluedump to dump the 249 to a wad, remove 249/250, reinstall base 37, remove 249 and install the base 38 249 from wad, that would get me to where you guys recommend? Thanks for your patience with me, and thanks for continuing to keep this fantastic program alive!

edit: had it backwards, whoops!

You seem to be making it way over complicated, you basically want to install Wanin's IOS 249r19 in to slot 249 with base 38, and do another install to slot 250 with base 37. All my installs were done using the Network, I guess using a wad makes it quicker, but it doesn't take that long anyway, I'm sure someone will correct me if there's another reason for using a wad over downloading them other than time.

Once they are done change the game you are having issues with to use IOS 250 and you should be good to go.

Ok, when I've installed 249r19 I don't recall an option to select what 250 should be. I only remember their being the option to select what base overall, which is why I'd be going the long route I outlined.
It does not give any option for 250. Whatever base you choose, it automatically puts the same in both 249 and 250. The long route you outlined is correct to achieve what you want.

Has any one found that with all the newer revisions after r46, that the last game played does not automatically come up when you get back to the main screen with all the covers or after exiting Wiiflow and starting it up again. With mine (using r76 right now), it always goes back to the very first game in the letter A's.

Yes - that's because the game sorting has changed in subsequent revisions. I believe that by default wiiflow now sorts your games automatically. To change the game sorting, press B+down on the d-pad. There are a couple of sorting options (alphabetically, by playcount, by last game played, and by titleID I think). Have it sort by last game played, and wiiflow will start by showing the last game as it did in earlier revisions.

Edit: see guitarloser's post below - I forgot to mention that sorting by last game played is slightly different than how wiiflow was configured in earlier revs.

That's not exactly correct. If sorted by last played, the last played game is selected on startup, but the alphabetical order of the rest of the games are lost. In pre-2.0 releases, the last game played was selected in its alphabetical location on startup.

I also noticed different behavior when exiting global settings. Pre-2.0 would allow you to scroll through the list of games, stop on any given game, enter global settings and after exiting global settings, the previously displayed game would still be the one that's selected. In the new revs the app will return to the beginning of the alphabet (if that's your sorting preference) after exiting global settings, regardless of where you were in your game list prior to entering global settings.

Please change sorting to be the way it was and allow the new features. I want to show last played but still maintain it's alphabetical order. Also if going in to config screen and then back to covers should stay on the cover i was on not go to the beginning. Please if possible can you add this back or fix. thanks.

Yep, that's a bug. We need to fix it, and I hope we don't forget it

It is up to date already?
Or are there more version 2.0s?

Latest stable version is Wiiflow 2.0 (rev45), after that its all in development state.

Go here http://code.google.com/p/wiiflow/ for the latest wiiflow version and a link to the wiiflowiki (which explaines wiiflow 2.0 usage en features).
If there is a new stable version, it will also be published here...

@Ganons, the info and links on the first page are updated by the Wiiflow team...

That's simple , start from scratch.
Delete everything related to wiiflow 1.1 (except your games of course^^, and your forwarder if you use one)
Download the 2.0 package on the googlecode page , and you're good.
