Any reports on the installation to wbfs drives? Installing to FAT should work, NTFS is read-only.

Installation to WBFS is working, but with a bug like I told you.

It's a great thing to fix Prince of Persia, but if you can make WIP patches to work we'll not have to wait for a new release each time a game will require to be patched that way. It is only a suggestion.

It's because in your config file for wiiflow its set to load the wbfs drive. When it happens again go into the settings menu and go to page 7 and change it from wbfs to fat1

There is no Page 7 in settings.. only 6. cannot see any setting to change the type

EDIT: Fixed it by installing wiiflow r42 - cios 249

Just a query, havent used this since 1.1, noticed today after copying everything to usb and running covers become all glitched and corrupted when scrolling through them, they look fine until i start scrolling and its random, although if i keep going back to a cetain cover it will happen after a couple of times, is this an issue with having covers on usb ?

the path for your cache has to be on the sd card (wiiflow.ini).

Speaking of which, could anyone share the SMG2 cover file (not the png the one wiiflow creates). Normally I would revert back to r25 and load covers, but i recently converted my game partition to FAT and I dont believe r25 works with that, I know I could swap everything from USB to SD, but I was hoping someone could help me out.

TIA

a take it you want the cache file that WiiFlow uses once the cover is downloaded.... i would helpbut dont have access to Wii just yet so this should give anyone who can a better understanding of what you want

Do it yourself. As far as i know, downloading the cover, naming it with the ID and placing it in the boxart-directory should automaticly create a cache-File on the next boot. At least it did for me on rev25.

@r-win: Still looking forward to an upcoming (hopefully buggless) version

but he is saying he doesnt want to revert back to R25 for 1 cover and i believe the newer revs wont create the cache file properly unless it been fixed already?

the cache file will be created properly if the cache folder is on the sd card.

is that even with the latest r42, just wanted to know? havent been up to date for a while on this loader

I understand that it will normally create it, problem is that with later revs (r41) if I have the cache folder on my HDD (like I do) it will corrupt. My problem/question is, the earlier revs (r25) without the cover bug doesnt support FAT for games correct, which is what I use. I assume wiiflow needs to see not just the png for the boxart but also the game on the HDD to create it. I could switch it to the SD card, but I thought someone could quickly upload the SB4E01 file out of the cache folder.

Exactly, I dont even know if I can switch back to r25 with FAT partition for games and I don't want to switch my cache folder to SD for just the one game.

your covers arent corrupted even though everything is stored on your usb drive??
when i added my covers manually, it still resulted in corrupted covers (while everything was stored on my usb).
