Is it time for this yet?
juwmsj.jpg
just wait, i have my new theme an working on it. (had to make two of them :(, one for gx an the best one for wiiflow, cause wiiflow doesn't have a theme maker.(would rock if we had one like gx or cfg.) i had to see were the buttons were going to be placed. :D ). plus want to make sure i don't have to redo this bad boy as soon as i release it.(this would suck.)
Thanks Shortz, I'm just referring to the framed banner preview :P
you can do it, just need to play with wiiflow ini. not the theme ini.( i have my wiiflow set to show my banner on top of the box in my newer theme i'm working on.) so if you go back to were i showed my theme i'm working on. you'll see i have one box. an next to it on the left an up is were my banner shows.( though everyone will have to play with their own ini to get it to show the way i have it.), this will also go for the icons, my theme is best when all icons are showing cause it looks just the same as multi man. with icons going up/down the left side of the screen then across.( wish i could control more of wiiflow with the theme ini, that way it will not be so hard for the end user, to set up. :D

Small issue with 646/7, getting a double of one of my gamecube games even though there's not. I removed it and a different game got doubled. One is the actual game that launches just fine, the other gives a dios mios app loader error message.

Just upgraded to r652 and the names/game titles were messed up. It showed the name of one title on the graphic of another. I had to rebuild the cache a couple of times to get it correct.

648 fixed all blackscreen issues, thanks Fix you're the best :P

Source for spayro's and old dots wait logos for 648+

Hope that spyro's logo becomes the default one, really cool, doesn't look bad on slowdowns while loading, great colors and it got the most votes... maybe some day :)
Sorry for the double post but I just saw this and wanted to ask about that.. I thought the wait logo was going to change after the voting ended.
@[member='FIX94'], Are you still going to do that or are you just waiting for a more stable release? Don't worry, I'm not trying to sweat you or anything, just wondering.. ^_^

I'm wondering if when I try the "exit to neek2o" option from WiiFlow if that has something to do with my missing games?
Anymore, whenever I pick that option, I just get a black screen and the old flashing blue light. The wiiflow.ini points to the /nand folder (though I now have a /nands folder as well due to modmii and me wanting multiple nands) Now if I exit to Bootmii my last used nand loads no probs. Also if using the "Lauch title with neek2o" option on WiiWare (Castlevania) it will use my WiiFlow nand it saves to the WiiFlow nand yet when I try to return to the Wii Menu it will go to the last neek nand that I used rather then the WiiFlow nand. Odd.

I don't know if that made any sense or not.

As for backups. YES! A little media insurance never hurts. Just the other day a pal of mine thought that I was weird for backing up a retail disc to DVD-R in the day and age of usb loaders.
But it paid off. Plus anyone who tests revs and betas should probably back up anyway. Just in case.

Didn't happen on my other system so maybe it was just a glitch. Was updating the first one from r522 so maybe something else changed in the last 130 revs :)

Hi everybody! I have 265 gamecubes games on Fat32 partition and wiiflow show me only 68 gamecube games. I deleted wiiflow.ini and cache, i tried many things but it doesn't show all my games. Anyone have an idea. I'm able to see all games with loader gx.

Thanks I will appreciate your help

are all of the GameCube games in a separate folder inside the /games/ folder on the same partition and are all the disk images named "game.iso"?
( I think GX isn't as picky about what they're named)

Another small neek prob I'm noticing in Skyward Sword is that it doesn't always load my save from nand. Also sometimes Link will walk through a door where the screen goes black for a sec and it will say black and won't continue on. When I play from regular (wii real nand) save everythings cool. I've got this game set to IOS250 if that matters.

EDIT: OK! I've been playing Zelda SS for over 2 hours now NOT using any nand emulation for game saves without any problem at all...
Perhaps some games work better with nand emulation then others... I guess I'll have to mess the saves it a little more using savegamemanagergx to backup saves that matter...

Yep! Folder games in the root and all folders inside games with ID names for all gamecubes and all iso are game.iso. When I have 2 disk the second is gam1.iso like Fix94 said in last rev. In the same partition Fat32 I have an other folder WFSB for wii games. For this everything showed. Sorry for my english :)

Thanks

That's mainly a D2x cIOS issue, v8 Final deal better with saves on emunand than v9beta

hmmmm.... I am using d2x-v8 final. I just sys checked again to be sure. Maybe I should install v8 to the emunand too?
Now evey other game that I've tried seems to work fine with game save to nand (including WiiWare and VC games btw). Now I was using v9 beta but it was giving me some sound issues a few pages back so I went back to v8.

Also props to you for providing the Spayrosam boot animation files. Thank you.
I would like to see that one be the official animation. (Nothing against JJ or his logo)
Spayrosams logo looks better, I think and doesn't skip or slow down.

On the main WiiFlow Screen, when I press the home button and choose "exit to neek2o" what file(s) is it looking for?
I still get black screens needing a hard reboot of the wii. It used to work (kinda) it used to code dump and reload in 5 and go ahead and load my Uneek nand anyway. The "exit to bootmii" takes me to the same place without the black screen.

r657 working well. 2 odd things: When I got to the about the rev # is set to r0. I'm thinking maybe I compiled it wrong or something.. but it works well so far.
The other thing is I tried to exit to neek2o again, and I'm back to getting a code dump with a weird buzzing sound. It says reload in 5 but never does.
Sorry about the blurry pic, I used my phone....

Everything seems ok for me with r649. Seems like the WiiFlow has it's favorites songs though.
Now today I finally got my replacement wii motion plus adapter in the mail, and I went to go fire up Zelda skyward sword, and the game is magically gone! I booted cfg loader and the game was there? Next started up WiiXplorer and went to the USB2 (NTFS) and in the WBFS folder and a The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword [SOUE01] folder is there but no wbfs file inside. ??? . This happened with a few other games too in the past. I'm messing with neek2o as well as WiiFlow and on occassion, I do hard reset the Wii and HD so maybe that's why I lost the data. I have Textura and can do a ntfs chk but it hardly ever finds anything.
OK so I did a real Windows chkdsk through the VM and it said that some probs were found and fixed but that Zelda game is still missing. I have the retail disc and the wbfs file (somewhere around here) but it's just weird. Is there any real advantage to NTFS? I know about the 4GB FAT limitation and all but I seem to be losing games on occassion back when my NTFS partition was WBFS formatted, I never seemed to lose any games even after a freeze/hard reboot.

I had a similar issue on fat32. In windows there were game folders in the wbfs folder but windows wouldn't let me open because it was complaining the files were corrupt. But when I connected the hdd to the wii wiiflow saw all the games and played them fine. I am guessing it was an indexing issue???

edit cause iPhone is a pain to type on.
