Alright, thanks to the stackdumps I got (three in total) I think I've found the problem. It will probably be fixed in the next release, I'm awaiting the test results atm.

P.S.: This means you can stop posting and sending stackdumps

@those with r37x wiiflow BO problems (that sounds funnier than i meant it to be): regarding changing game launch IOS, I'm very pleased to report that r378 is working.... both on 249wiiflow and 224wiiflow....(the only game i tested however is BO launching on 250)

the de-sync/re-sync issue remains for d2x-wiiflow...(though i am not opposed to being a 224wiiflow user as i had been prior to d2x)

i am curious as to what the problem was and why it only affected some users.... (i did read the changelog for r377/r378, but it sounded vague to me)...

EDIT: updated testing report on next page: not all is as good as it initially seemed....

good work r-win and the rest of the wiiflow dev team! ....thank you thank you thank you....

so does this mean that there is an "official" update coming soon.. the de syncing is no big problem. very very minor. along with the music issue i've been having. sweet great work wiiflow team. nice to see this great loader not die.

Unfortunately, my self-compiled r378 is less stable for me than my r369 which I reverted back to. I didn't even get to try the switching from default IOS and actually start the game to see if it would code dump. I switched to the Starnight theme which I like the best. All still was well. But now when going into the settings of the games to start switching over to alternate IOS's for certain games, I noticed the headings for the settings no longer were visible. I could see the buttons on the right hand side but the headings on the left side were all blank. As I could still remember or deduce what the setting headings were I started to change to the alternate IOS for games that needed it. For a few of the games that I enable cheats I turned the Ocarina setting to on and then as I was in the middle of turning on the Ocarina setting for one of the games I got a code dump. I got frustrated with this revision and immediately put back my r369 and all was well again.

yeah...i'm now seeing some new issues as well...while games load initially on default and alternate IOSes...i many times have difficulty actually getting through to menus and such to actually play the game (usually resulting in perpetual black screen at various points within the game)...

i too notice certain themes have issues: Carbonik results in Stack Dump at launch; Carbonic loads fine, but settings menu fonts are HUGE and wiiflow crashes sometimes while in the menus....)

i apologize for being hasty in my saying all was well when it it wasn't...i guess i was just too excited to have a positive report for once instead of feeling like a whiny little b!tch again and again. my testing will be a bit more rugged/thorough in the future before commenting....

@Dent, brausm08, 376 and up use a new font, that has still issues that need to ironed out.
Thats why certain themes have problems ATM.

This will be fixed in later revs.

@Etheboss,,, I uninstalled my previos devkitpro and deleted that folder. Then I installed it again with new devkitPPC r24 and libogc 1.8.7. Now I can compile Wiiflow fine.
But, at rev 378 and 379, I just get code dump error. all other rev 377- are working fine (no code dump).
I deleted sd:/wiiflow and sd:/apps/wiiflow/wiiflow.ini
Any idea???

It also displays the wrong name of the game ?kami --> Âkami

That is also a known issue, WiiTDB has changed something in the way the special characters are displayed.
If you look in the synopsis its still correct...The devs will also fix this in later revs.

Hello.
Im running a backup of brawl ntsc and I am trying to get a GCT working. The gct works fine for the disc version of the game.
However, when starting it on wiiflow i get a black screen crash immediately.
So I used a textfile version of the codes so I could enable and disable codes to see what was causing the problem.
Apparently, it wasn't any specific code, but rather once I enable too many codes the game refuses to start.
My gct has about 800 lines, and the game crashes when I enable about 500 of them.
Now, I had heard that there was/is a 256 line limit for usb loaders but I'm not sure if that information is out of date or what.
I'd appreciate any help I could get on the issue, I quite adore wiiflow and would hate to not be able to use it...

Im reposting hopefully for an answer

The cheat code system hasn't changed for a long time, so you might be right there.
But this question can probably best be answered by a dev.

Wiiflow doesn't recognize my WD Elements 2TB (FAT32),USB Loader GX and CFG instead works well,
I have tryed some rev (355+,because I have installed the d2x v6 cIOSs)
Help will be appreciated!

This should work. The newer cheat engine was introduced way back in r39
AFAIK it hasn't been reverted since then

New WiiFlow Forwarders available on wiiflow.org using v10 of fix94's forwarder.

Are there any releasenotes for v10?
I wonder what's new or improved.

I know that one of the improvements is that there is support now for the dollz loader and some fixes. If you look at the last page of Fix94's thread you can see the details.

On a totally unrelated topic, I have been using some of the more recent revs of wiiflow and I want to change the title of Okami so that the first letter is an O and not some other symbol. Previously you could do this by editing titles.ini, but now titles.ini isn't used.

What file has the titles info and where is it located?

You will want to use custom_titles.ini
