I tried rev19, 20, 21 and hermes 5 and they all freeze for me. I tired that latest configusbbloader also and still the same. I never seemed to have that problem on r92 or r28. All my other games work fine, its the ones requiting ios37 or 56. I wonder if it isn't libogc related.

where can i find a forwader ? link on front page doesnt show one ?

sorry fell way behind in the scene trying to get my kids wii upto date lol

All forwarders on the Google code page have been deprecated

deprecated in the googlecode page because not updated since october 2009.
doesn't mean that the wii will burn if you use it

! I'm using this forwarder since the beginning.

(it doesn't need IOS58 nor AHBPROT or anything else, everything works already with SD and USB binaries, great splashscreen, where's the problem ?)

BTW the violet forwarder is really nice ^___^

Deprecated means that we don't update them, nor support them anymore. Of course you are allowed to use them, I just recommend you don't. But them again, who am I, right?

All the "new" forwarders (including mines and Jiiwah's one) that you can find on wiiflowiki , don't need IOS58 or AHBPROT at all.
They all work if you don't have IOS58 , but they load really faster if you use them and have IOS58 installed.

PS : Thx for your comment on the violet one

you should have a look at the Orchid one , and the matching theme too.

The newest version seems to crash sometimes when loading the HDD. Or is it just me? Compared to the first wiiflow 1.1 this new one seems lack the stability of the first one. I don't want to complain because i'm not the one designing them. Options for ntfs and fat are great aditions. Just giving my 2 cents on the stability. It has gone backwards

Wiiflow 2.2 is a BETA !!!!

A BETA is still a test version , with bugs in it.
The final release will be as stable as the 1.1 , if not more

That's great to hear!! What's the best wiiflow I should use now? Those crashes are quite anoying when your laying done comfy on your bed

Hmm.. Everything works fine on 2.1a r92. I've updated to the latest rev on google code (r304), and the program keeps showing the "Wiiflow" boot screen. It keeps loading forever..

Any idea why that would be?
yeah , try a fresh install, which means, delete the wiiflow.ini in the apps/wiiflow folder and all other ini's in the wiiflow/settings folder. Much has changed since R92, so the ini's could cause wiiflow to crash.

222 wouldn't even boot for me and i know i have 222 ios
My sentiments exactly. 222 "re-compiled" R304 seems to have black screen issues. Anybody got it to boot to the game selection menu?
Same for me. Same goes for 223. 249 works
You can add me to that list too.

Did you do a fresh install of r304 ? i mean , install from scratch as if it was the first time you install wiiflow.
(just keep your boxcovers folder so you don't have to dl them again).

If you did a fresh install , and still encounter problems , you may wanna try 2.2 r254 , google it

sometimes with cISO Rev 21 [56] when launching Wiiflow it say that it can detect the harddrive. I just unplug and plug the harddrive and wiiflow detect it.

I think is a cIOS Rev 21 problem but i don't konwo . I have not the time to try with old cIOS

I found a bug, if your SD card is full and you try to download cover, wiiflow don't say your SD card is full and you have some corrupted cover or not downloaded cover.

I get the same problem with cIOS Rev 20b. I don't even have to unplug and replug it back in though. Just exit out of WiiFlow and reload it

I've read through most, but not all, of this thread, so, I'm sorry if this was answered in the posts I didn't read, but, I'd like to know why it was decided to have a different .dol for each cIOS instead of having one .dol and an option in the settings for which cIOS to load from at startup, like some other USB loaders I have used?

Edit:

I'd also like to know if it's planned to release 247 and 248 versions (or, better yet, add the config option and allow loading from any slot...)
