Whatever happened to newid.ini [member='mugotu']? I've attempted to use it a couple of times to d/load a cover for a differen region for the game and it didn't work, is it possible to add support for that again, fix the bug if it exists or implement a new method to handle that task?

I think most of us would like to have the option to d/load any cover we want so please consider a way to implement that solution that is agreeable with your vision.
I was unaware that newid.ini was not working. Is it possible you are not setting the ini up correctly?
It must be stored in the settings directory and have the GAMEID=NEWID6 under the correct domain. This means under [CHANNELS] for nand/emu, or [GAMES] for regular wii games.
Also note that your settings dir is now /wiiflow_advanced/settings, not /wiiflow/settings.

Anyways, I have been working on 3tb drives compatibility. You can find a link to a test dol on the first post (under the test versions spoiler), or in the topic of #wiiflow-advanced .
I see what the problem is, I didn't add the [GAMES] line. I'll try it again tonight.

How can I change the path to cache files.
I want to use same cache for both Mod and Advanced to save 100MB of SD space
thank you

Also the homebrew icon.png need to be changed to something like this

I think there's an option for that in wiiflow.ini ... er ... wiiflow_advanced.ini ... the INI file in the same folder as the DOL file that the HBC file sees.
I don't have it in front of me so I don't know how specific the setting is or what other folders/files are in the same folder but I think it's there.

It's not there. I checked.

Actually it is, under [GENERAL] dir_cache=

Ok, worked now.
So after finishing the setup I started testing the Advanced.
I noticed relatively long loading time ~10-14secs
I used default.ini provided in the source (has 7 coverflow views) and went to adjust coverflow.
Buttons are empty (no text displayed) and coverflow adjustments doesn't work!!!
The app even code dumped when I tried to go to homebrew mode after exiting the coverflow adjustment screen!!

So,
How can I make the coverflow adjustment work? and what do I need to do to make different coverflows for different modes?
Is there any theme support yet?

Thank you

You can update the default.ini to support the new way themes are displayed, or use the default one wiiflow itself creates. Miigotu has not updated this yet as its likely to change again soon, Makes more sense to wait till its all done then update them instead of doing it over and over again.

The coverflow adjustment does work, I tested it last night. But the "save" button is blank atm with that default.ini so your most likely not saving your changes.

heh you need to select the view 2, and then edit changes and switch back to view 1 to see the change, its a bug atm.

Abdallah, the official forwarders are based off of FIX94v11 source, you might want to search that up.

Yo [member='abdallahterro'] the ocean wiiflow channel is dope cuz honeycomb just ain't my style lol. I like the main coverflows u chose for the default.ini only one is different from mine. Thanks for the quick temp forwarder.

Why not base the forwarder off v11d? And how does comex's complex forwarded differ from v11c? Nevermind tried it out and figured it out on my own lol.
u can use modmii to build one of FIX94's v11c forwarder dol's
I do the same thing all the time to build my own edited channels, gotta love modmi

I went ahead and made the changes so I could use the channel you created but changed the forwarder dol source to v11d so it would forward to my NTFS partition.
