Does the latest wiikey firmware + the latest wii firmware (3.3?) support a legit version of WiiFit?

My mother would like to know, and none of my friends have gotten it yet.

Yes - Latest firmware wiikey + 3.3 supports everything, except trucha signed discs - you need gecko OS to load those.
