Nintendo has WiiDatabase.de remove Atmosphere page from Google

Nintendo of America submitted a DMCA claim to Google for the third time to have one of our download pages removed from the search results. This time it concerns our atmosphere page.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies only to the United States, but as mentioned earlier, it has been bent to affect the entire world. It is an easy way to have unwanted voices removed from the Internet and is therefore often used by rights holders.
It is all the more curious that this time our Atmosphère site, SDSetup and the official site of the NS Atmosphère Dongle were at the brink of collapse. Because Atmosphère alone does not make it possible to play pirated copies. So Nintendo is completely out of sorts whether homebrew has its justified reasons for existence. The GitHub page can still be found at the top, so it is questionable what Nintendo intends to do with it.
