Wii U error code 170-0001

Does anyone know what this error code is indicating.My Wii U is always crashing with both tv and gamepad freezing ,with a buzz sound and i went to the Wii U setings and found the error code 170-0001.
Could it be a nand problem ?

Doesn't sound like a NAND problem.

But if you dump the logs, we can take a look at them. You can use the crash log dumper for it: https://github.com/wiiu-env/WiiUCrashLogDumper/releases . Just put the wuhb in wiiu/apps/. If you don't already have aroma, just put the aroma files on your SD and launch it through the browser exploit

Ok do i have to link all of the crash logs or just one of them?

All i found in the error code is ,almost all the way at the bottom row it says
COS encountered unrecoverable error... not sure if that is the problem tho.

It would be better if you share all the logs including the meta.bin. This could be one of the wireless modules having problems sometimes

Why is there 3 extra chanels like ,youtube,karaoke and a movie app missing from this non working Wii U consol , After 10 or more factory resets ,while my working Wii U always anstalls those 3 mentioned apps after every factory reset? Both of them are Pal versions.Makes me wonder if the wiiu os is messed up somehow?
