Hacking wii sports resort

hi all, hope someone can assist me, i have a 3.2u soft modded wii, and just want to find out from you guys that know your stuff, I am getting the original copy of wii sports resort and want to find if it will effect my wii when the game itself updates my wii?

it wont update on its own.

update manually via WAD manager or update to 4.2 to avoid issues

not sure how to do that though, when i got need for speed for the wii and guitar hero world tour, when i put the disks in it said it is updating the wii, so i just want to make sure that it is not going to effect my wii in anyway when i put the disk in,

Try loading the retail game from one of your soft mod apps/channels instead of the disc channel.
It should play without updating at all.

Also, to be safe, disable your wifi on the wii in settings.

just use preloader to stop updates and then update manually to 4.2
