I am new to this game, just softmodded my wii and looking to download some games to play. I,ve noticed some have scrubbed by them, what does this mean and what do i have to do to them ready for me to burn them to disc, could someone please help

It means that when the game is like only 2 or 3 gigabyte or even smaller, they fill up the rest of the dvd with garbage data. Just dummyfiles.
When they scrub a game they remove the garbage data and replace it with lots of 0000 and 1111 so they can be compressed much better.
It results into a much smaller download of your completely legal iso.
You don't have to do anything else to burn them, just extract and burn.
