Hacking Wii NAND. How big is the NAND Dump?

I intend to make a NAND dump using Bootmii in a few minutes, but I need to know. How much MB / GB does a NAND take up?

I don't want to have 1.3 GB of space, then finding that the NAND costed more memory. Screwing up the operation of the process, then bricking my wii. Hence, the worst case scenario.

It should only be 500 or so mb
