easy,
1. Pick a USB loader: they can be Wiiflow, USB Loader GX Configarable usb loader
2. get a external hard drive and format it to ntfs or fat32-Recamended with wii backup manager
3. using the wii backup manger, transfer games from your PC or backup retail games using the usb loader- insert a game and pop up should appear, click install
