Was the card new and formatted? Have you used windows to verify the remaining capacity? Have you checked to see if its a fake using the application h2testw? (google it).

The FAT32 filesystem cannot handle a single file that's above 4GB. That file is 4.37, so you can't put it on the card. I don't know if the wii can read NTFS (I assume not), so you'll want to find a way to "scrub" the game, or remove some content (like they used to degrade the video quality for gamecube rips).

your sdhc card is formatted in FAT32 most likey. IN FAT32 file system, the maximum file size of a single file in only 4 gb... you need to put your games in split WBFS files on FAT32 partition (not WBFS or NTFS partition!)...

I recommend Wii backup Manger..

tutorial: http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/ba...-backup-manager

download: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=188295...

enjoy

THERE IS no need to scrub game... wii backup manager automatically keep only the Game partition when copying games to drive. Thus having the same effect as scrubbing!

u dont need to format it in wbfs, just put em in the wbfs folder, wii backup manager will do this for you. This is the same as the answers youve already got because its the only way

Hello?????
Anyone!!!!
load them to your card? wii backup manager.
load them to play? by using your loader of choice, and telling it where your games are stored.

by the way, cut back on the punctuation, its reading as needy.
