I managed to fix my game using a Imation DVD-R. Thanks for all who helped. For Ivoire, according to some stuff I read, it might be a bad burn or lousy media.

Hi people, I just heard about twilight hack and im trying it, everything is in order(i think) but the only game i have to try is naruto-ninja clash revolution and it doesn't work, Can anyone help me please?

what roms and patches are you talking about exactly ?

This thread is for the backup loder problems - the backup loader is for backup or imported games for the wii - no roms used and no patching required

like step one:install homebrew channel what I have done
step.2 if you have updated your wii downgrade it.(done too)

DVD RW'S dont work - thats on page 1
the simple guide is on page one in the HOW TO and also in the zip file in my signature and also under my signature .... but im sure you have already looked

The wii drive is quite tempermental - its not made for dvd-r's not to mind the dye used in dvd rw's.
Nintendo didnt really design them to be capable of reading 'back-up' games , but if you feel that badly about it , write them a letter of complaint about your downloaded backup copies of games not working ... im sure they would be delighted

I can't get any backups to work under WiiGator V3. It comes up with a message that is a bit hard to read, but it says something like, "Error: Set Ory Nof DVD." Take a look I took a picture of the error code.

These are the steps I took since I just recently installed THC.

1. Installed the homebrew channel via the TP hack.
2. Installed CIOS36_rev5-64-v1042 thru the WAD Manager.
3. Installed DVDX using the advanced setting and choose ISO249.
4. Installed Backup Launcher thru WAD Manager to get the channel.
5. Updated wii firmware thru Safe 3.3 Update.

I've searched all over this forum and afterdawn to try to find someone who has a similar problem. I've tried dvd-r's, dvd+r's, dvd+rw's, different burning speeds. Some of my isos I've burned have been patched, some haven't. Nothing works! Anyone have any ideas what's wrong?

Download the zip in my signature ... now sure why your installing DVDX as its not required and hasnt been for some time (since the v01 release)
I would think the cIOS may be the issue , but get the files in my zip and follow the guide before you burn anything else.

Hard question to answer since you dont need to decrypt ISO's

I'd not burn at speeds above 8x (although the opinions are varied here

)
I burn everything on 4x using DVD-R and IMGburn as program and never have any problems

yes it can - everyone has to find out what works best for them though - there are loads of discussions on 'the best speeds' that all end up in arguments - its a personal thing depending on your hardware and software
