Hacking wii dev

hey guys
I would like to know what all i need on computer to compile programs like wiimc and wiixplorer. I already have the stuff to compile sneek. I was hoping some one could tell me of the essentials.

both really I guess they go hand in hand. I am really jusy wanting to know what needs to be on computer for me to complie some of the other wii programs. I want to try and change some things in them and see if they will work in sneek.
