Its not cool, you will make a lot of peoples angry and can get permanently banned for that.

I guess I won't, You must know how I feel, every time I spawn in any match, Instant death! I bet they hacked themselves to level 56 too!

I used to have an Xplorer cartridge (similar to an Action Replay) on my old PlayStation 1. With it I could hook the PlayStation up to my PC and freeze games and examine memory and alter memory locations to give myself more lives, infinite health, etc. Are there any tools like this for the Wii?

Most USB loaders (as stated above) can download cheats.
No need to use a separate program.

But I would like to make my own cheats, not just use the ones made by other people. Many of my favorite games are a bit obscure and there doesn't seem to be many cheats for them. What tools do the people that make the cheats use?
