Hacking wii 4.2 help

my stupid little brother and sisters updated the wii to 4.2 firmware and now i can't find a way for HBC to work. I got back the HBC but whenever i try to go to an app it turns to a black screen and the controller disconnects. Someone please help me!!!!

He doesnt want to modify ANY wii he wants to modfy HIS so that means he has to make a whole new thread about HIS wii becase its so different from everyone elses wii
