I'm an artist, and I'm usually interested in games where drawing is part of the gameplay. However, being an ignorant American that doesn't understand the language on the boxart, this is my interpretation (yes I judge a book by it's cover).

In fact this game can better be played with paper and a pen. This game here is absolutely helpless IMHO.
One player gives the clue (lip gloss/pen in the case of the cover), one person draws on the screen (lips and a pen) and the other players have to guess what he's painted. On a Wii that concept just sucks.
Other than that Tivola makes quite good teaching games, I wonder why they f'ed this up.
