) but Capcom should really stop this madness

Still a really great game and I really don`t see how everybody says, that the controls of the original are dated now. I think they suited the gameplay well. Even to this date

this version is scandalous, totally unchanged from gc, and if u play at 480p on a lcd u play it like a ps2/gc game with the small screen in the center of the screen and all black boarder

Seeing from the trailer, it seems like another remake of Resident Evil 1. Kind of getting tired of remakes over and over of Resident Evil 1; why not remake Resident Evil 2 or 3? Those were really sequels!

You are wrong. Is not a remake. Is a ported version of the remake wich was released for GAMECUBE in 2002. It has been compatibilized to fit with WIIs control system.

Don't!. I recommend you start with 4. Best in the series will make you appreciate it more until 2/3 are released... I mean remade.
