Nooooo!

Now I'll have to play CoD5 and ToS before getting into City Folk.

I really recommend to play this game online! It's really good. It's very much like COD 4 (You will find many same perks from COD 4), except with WW2 weapons ofc. 8 players are also enough, the maps are small (or should I say big?) enough to fit everyone. I haven't taken the graphics as a consideration (though, it's not bad at all). I can say that this game is as good as CS 1.6 on PC.

Best online FPS game for the Wii!!!

Mhmmm...I didn't want to wait and last week I got the PAL release...
Any advantage for me if I get this for my own region ?
Smoother multiplayer ? Better wifi connection ?
If it's just the same, I might as well keep the PAL.

For those who actually downloaded/own the game on the wii, can you tell me how many players can play this online.

And be sure you say which version you played because from what I've gathered that the PAL version is only 4 players, while the NA version is up to like 24 or something.

Can anyone actually confirm any of this with 100% certainty?

It's been said the online servers you connect to depend on what region of the game you have. So if you live in the USA, it's better to have the USA game.

Of course, the problem could be that more UK players had the game, which is why everyone played on UK servers.

I can't confirm any of this, though. You'll have to wait for reports of people saying the online player is better or not.

I'm playing PAL, supposed to be connected to european servers and there's no lag AT ALL
I have a 2mbps connection, played with 8 players (including myself) and as I said there's no lag at all, no slow downs or whatever...it was totally great

I don't see need to get NTSC version then. Same goes for people who already have the PAL version and are afraid about the multiplayer feature, at least I experienced no problems at all (I live in Mexico, btw)

You can play people worldwide, but I doubt there is a worldwide server. Most likely they have servers in each region that are connected. So you would get a better ping using your own region DVD. Unless of course you had a PAL system but lived in North America then you could probably benefit using the this release. lol

As I said...I believe there's no difference at all.
I live in Mexico, playing PAL version and I experienced 0 lag, pretty smooth playing even with 8 players

Up to 8 ppl can play online, which is really fun and action packed

ok. so the NA version works 1:1 on the backup loader 0.3 but the PAL version doesn't? wierd
Maybe some of the coders could look at the data on the disks and see if there is a solution to the disk read errors. Just a thought.

Looks like i will go for the NA version rather than loading up the pal game on the 0.1 loader
