Hacking wiflow 1.1 on sd

i downloaded the wiiflow 1.1 full version. i want to run it off my sd card but when i read the read file it says....just copy the content of the archive to the Root of your SD-Card. You should
get the following Path:
SD:\wiiflow\language.ini

i going coo coo trying to get that. Can someone help me out a bit? Do i make a new folder a rename it wiiflow? im also confused with the following...should open the
file SD:\wiiflow\wiiflow.ini and add the entry "data_on_usb=no i cannot find that anywhere
