Wich one is the best way to format SD for emunand?

I have the question of wich is the best way to format SD card for Emunand.
When i create the emunand and create the partitions on SD on hekate. I need reformat the SD on windows or in Horizon OS when i boot on emunand?
Is recomendable reformat on Horizon when i boot on emunand?

Fat32 is the best format, period.
