You have a semi-hackable 2000/3000 on a low firmware!
Go to the softmod sticky and follow the "5.03 softmod (semi-hackable 200X/300X)".

- PC -
1. Download Davees Downgrader
2. Download 6.20 official firmware for PSP 100X/200X/300X or PSP Go
3. Copy the Downgrader from the first download to PSP/GAME (For PSP Go it must be in the internal memory, don't know? Remove the M2 stick and carry on!)
4. Copy the update folder to PSP/GAME

1. Launch the update and follow steps
2. Enjoy!

When finished downgrading you might get a blue screen (don't worry, nothing to do with death!). Just press O and your system settings will be restored to default and your memory stick intact.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm under the impression you didn't read these very well. It's pretty clear on these things in the Stickies. But keep in mind the downgrader ONLY works on 6.31 and 6.35, to go to 6.20. DOES NOT WORK on 6.37 or 6.38.

Hellcat's and such are not signed. They can be run via a signed hack, but the only signed ones are for 6.36 and below.

Signed stuff gets user-mode only, but kernel-mode is needed to downgrade.

The stickies should be updated soon to match.

That's pretty silly to ask. We're not the ones working on one, and there's no news of any downgraders being worked on, so how should we know?
