Hello.
Why I can not Turn the Wii console on from the Wii Remote?
But turn the Wii console off from the Wii Remote I can.
The Wii Remote is synchronised under the instruction.

Have you tried to do this from another controller? I would contact Nintendo Support for help. Is this a new system that is under warranty?
