Why doesn't the cheats get updated anymore?

The cheats at www.cheats.gbatemp.net don't get updated anymore. I wanted to ask why?

I was wondering the same thing actually.

And when I try to update from Acekard via wifi, it says there hasn't been an update since December.

Has it work on it stopped?
