Gaming why does jumpstart pet rescue restart the wii

thanks ahead of time for any and all input.. every time i seem to load up jump start pet rescue for my daughter , the game loads up to the option of story mode or explore..then once you click it restarts. and it's a ntsc game.. i have 4.0u softmod cios 38 rev 14 Neogamma backup launcher and portable HD

Well, other other ISO load fine so there is some thing wrong with this Jumpstart Pet Rescue. You can either remake the ISO (download or whatever) or take the disk/ISO to another machine and test. If the other machine, fails the samething, either your ISO is bad or something else......
