Also import shops.
And... you know, that thing called "TRAVELING".

Pfff hahaha, even if I travel to Japan with my USA 3DS console won't change the fact that games bought in Japan WILL NOT WORK on my console.

Unless you buy a standard Nintendo DS title or a non-region locked DSi title.

DS games will work on any DS, DSi, or 3DS from any region.

3DS games are another story, but flash carts don't imitate them in the first place.
